Recipe of the Month: Yummy Hummus!


  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions - Drain the garbanzo beans and save liquid. Have an adult combine the beans, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil in a blender or food processor. Blend on low speed, gradually adding saved bean liquid until the mixture thickens. Try dipping raw veggies for a tasty snack!
