Chef's Table: Breakfast of Champs!

  • 1 cup of whole grain cereal (pick options with less sugar added - like natural granola!)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk or yogurt
  • 1 piece of fresh fruit (bananas are great!)

Pour the cereal into your favorite breakfast bowl, add the milk, and enjoy! You can eat the fruit seperately or cut up in the cereal too!
